Can I bleach my Miss Chiffon Hair Extensions?
Yes, Virgin hair can lift to 27 and Raw hair can lift to 613.

How long does it take to receive my package?
Please adhere to the shipping and return policy. However, your hair can be received
from 3-7 business days. Pre-orders can take up to 2 weeks to receive.

What is the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Hair?
Raw hair is also known as single donor hair. It is cut from one donor’s head and it is
cuticle aligned. Cuticle aligned means that the hair flows in one direction which is less
likely to tangle. Raw hair life expectancy is 2-3 years, it typically lasts longer than virgin
hair. Virgin hair is real human hair cut from multiple donors. The cuticle is intact and has
not been chemically processed. The life expectancy is 1-2 years with proper hair
maintenance.

How do I wash my Miss Chiffon Hair Extensions?
You may wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner that is silicone, alcohol, and
sulfate free. Wash at least every 2 weeks and lightly restore nutrients with a virgin oil
(morrocan, argon, olive oil).

How long does it take to receive my custom unit wig?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your wig to be constructed followed by 2-3 day
priority shipping. If you have specific customizations allow an additional 5 days for your
unit to be prepared. On average, please allow up to 10 days to receive your unit.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we are in South Florida Broward County. Pickup is only available Tues thru Thurs
between 5-7 pm.
