Thank You for ordering with Miss Chiffon!
1. How long is Processing and Shipping/Handling.
Processing takes 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. During this time your payment is reviewed for 24-48 hours. If the name on your card does not match the name on the billing address, your order will be canceled and refunded to you. Processing occurs Monday-Friday excluding holidays. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day if not a holiday). This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Your order will be shipped through USPS. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic shipping may be longer than usual. Please allow 7-10 days AFTER processing to receive your order.
2. When will I receive a tracking number?
After receiving an order confirmation email, shipping activity will become available within 48hrs. Please track your package at www.USPS.com. Your tracking number will come to your email along with your order details. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders, please contact customer service at (954) 951-3051.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily. To avoid confusion, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete. If you notice that you put the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours to change your shipping address. Please understand that if you shipped your order to the wrong address, Miss Chiffon will not be held responsible for the receiver’s mistake.
4. May I return/exchange my order?
In the case that we have sent you the wrong pattern or measurement OR the quality is not as described, you may return unopened hair extensions within THREE (3) DAYS of you receiving your order. We have very low return rates and are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
You must contact us first before refunding your package at (954) 951-3501 during business hours within the THREE (3) day return period. All Miss Chiffon Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Miss Chiffon Hair extension hair seal on the bundle has been broken! For example: If we sent you body wave extensions the hair should not be straight upon return.
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Miss Chiffon Hair security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-72Hrs depending on your financial institution.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return!
You are responsible for all return or exchange// shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Miss Chiffon Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.
